Berg Propulsion – From Challenge to Comeback in Five Years
On July 1st, 2020, Berg Propulsion returned to private ownership—led by individuals who had long been part of shaping the brand’s legacy. That moment marked more than a change in structure; it was a true rebirth, based on legacy, proud and skilled workforce combined with developments from previous ownership. The years since have brought plenty of challenges—not least a global pandemic—but the comeback has been remarkable.

To our customers, partners, and colleagues: thank you for believing in us. Your trust and collaboration have made this journey possible.
As we celebrate this five-year milestone, we’re proud of where we are—and excited about where we’re headed. The Berg name carries over 100 years of maritime engineering heritage. That legacy continues to inspire everything we do. We are truly passionate about propulsion or as we like to say “𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧”.
